Steven meets patients in towns and cities across the UK, so your first proper conversation about treatment happens near home rather than requiring a trip to London. He still sees patients himself alongside running the team, because advice worth having comes from someone who has looked at your hair.

What happens in your consultation

Steven assesses your scalp, your pattern of hair loss and your donor density, the hair at the back and sides that a transplant would draw on, and takes high resolution images to record your starting point. Donor supply sets the ceiling on any result, so knowing exactly what you have to work with is the foundation of a realistic plan.

Meticulous about the detail

Steven is exacting about the small things: that your plan matches your donor supply, that you understand what will happen and when, and that nothing is glossed over because it's easier not to mention it. He'd rather spend longer on a consultation than have a patient go ahead with the wrong expectations.

Leading the team

As head consultant, Steven sets the standard our consultation team works to, so every patient gets the same clarity and the same honest assessment whoever they see.

Aftercare

Steven oversees our aftercare service. With his team, he keeps in contact through your healing and as your result develops, so the support you get afterwards is planned rather than improvised. Having been through the process himself, he knows which stages patients worry about most.
